Tonya Matvienko was born on 12 April 1981. in Kiev. Father - Peter Gonchar, the famous painter, director of the National Center of Folk Culture Museum Ivan Goncharov, mother - Nina Matvienko People's Artist of Ukraine, Hero of Ukraine.
